The Role – Junior Sales Consultant/Appointment Setter
As a Junior Sales Consultant/Appointment Setter, you are a central part of our clients' business development. You work on the front line with decision-makers in IT and are responsible for identifying, qualifying, and opening business dialogues that lead to concrete deals.
Here you will learn modern, structured, and data-driven sales – for real.
Your tasks:
● Contact decision-makers in IT via phone, email, and LinkedIn
● Identify business needs, potential, and right timing
● Schedule qualified business meetings – quality over quantity
● Work in our proprietary CRM and sales tool Leadqube
● Follow clear, measurable, and proven sales processes
● Develop daily through coaching, feedback, and performance analysis

You are:
● Ambitious, goal-oriented, and competitive
● Interested in business, growth, and the IT market
● Social, communicative, and confident in conversations
● Not afraid of the phone – you see it as a business tool
● Results-driven and want to develop quickly
● A person who wants to build something long-term – not just have a job
✔ Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus
✔ Swedish is a requirement, English is a plus
✔ A high school education is sufficient – we will teach you the rest
